Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous is creating a brand new flagship restaurant in Mayfair and you’re invited to apply for jobs!Wed 01 2018 | admin
Ollie Dabbous is believed to be opening this new (and vast) 2-storey restaurant (which overlooks Green Park) on Piccadilly (which used to house Fakhreldine, Diverso and the basement nightclub Pangaea), in partnership with the owners of Mayfair’s Hedonism Wines.
Dabbous closed both his casual dining restaurant Barnyard and the fine-dining, Michelin-starred Dabbous earlier this year ahead of a “major new undertaking” and also a consultant to the restaurant at Experimental Group’s Henrietta Hotel in Covent Garden. There are rumoured to be two kitchens serving two main floors – with one serving high quality dishes for all day dining from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and the other – to serve fine dining lunch and dinner only, both aiming to deliver Michelin standard cuisine.
The food will “use the very best ingredients, respectfully treated, to create light elegant dishes, both organic and theatrical”. Expect the restaurant itself is a unique, beautifully designed space with bespoke tableware and the “best wine list in the world.”
