Cubitt House is a small, growing and family-oriented business showcasing a unique collection of award-winning public houses and hotels, with six highly acclaimed gastropubs in prestigious Central London locations. We have spent 15 years refining our craft and proudly serve our local communities of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Pimlico, St James’s Market and Marylebone. We are expanding our portfolio throughout 2021 and beyond which presents exciting opportunities for those already with us and those who join us.

OUR ETHOS
We focus on souring the best seasonal and sustainable ingredients to create a true farm-to-fork experience. We work with amazing small suppliers, allowing us to buy the best quality produce that reflect the seasons and make the most of every ingredient that comes into our kitchens. Our teams are passionate about our produce and are educated to share our suppliers stories and the provenance behind every dish. As with our food, we take the same passionate approach with our drinks by carefully selecting boutique producers with unique and interesting stories that we bring to life. Whether it is the finest wine from Bordeaux, sparkling from the chalk hills of Hampshire, beer from Tottenham Hale, our Best of British spirits range, or our twists on classic cocktails, we have a range of specially selected drinks for any occasion
