Working at Gaucho Restaurants

Gaucho believes that every guest should experience a little bit of Argentine life. Its food, its wine, its culture and, most importantly, the passion of the people.

A career at Gaucho is more than just a job – it’s a door to opportunity.

Combining fresh talent with experienced professionals we achieve our vision of true excellence – in our food, our service and our people.

We are famous throughout the industry for our training.

All our front of house staff go through world class training in the academy. With our guidance, you will quickly master the art of service and gain confidence as you go. Our kitchen teams are trained and inspired by our chefs who pass on their knowledge and enthusiasm from the first day you start at Gaucho.

Our staff showcase Argentine food and culture to each and every one of our guests through their knowledge. Their passion ensures that all guests have a memorable experience at Gaucho and always leave taking a little slice of Argentina with them.

Our success lies in our shared passion for hospitality. You are rewarded and recognised for your efforts with some great incentives, career development and opportunities for promotion.

Dream big, work hard, and achieve your aspirations!!

" We are looking for people at all levels to apply for a career with us! Whether you have years of experience or have never worked in a restaurant before, you could be the perfect addition to our team. Are you ready to learn what it takes to be a Gaucho employee? If so, we would love to hear from you."

This is Gabin- he has worked at M Threadneedle Street for the last 3 years and If you ever thought our smoking or dry ice infused starters were amazing, Gabin was most likely the one making it. He has gone a long way since he started with us and has mastered most of the areas in the kitchen. He is now being promoted to Kitchen Supervisor and will work with our Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring standards are the highest and that both the taste and presentation of all our dishes is immaculate. Beside being a great chef, he is also a very friendly and funny French guy, so feel free to say hello to him when you are in our Threadneedle street branch.

Rossella Battaglione has just been promoted to General Manager in Gaucho Sloane, having started with the company just over 2 years ago and having worked her way up during that time. Rossella has been the rock behind Sloane Avenue for the past two years, her determination and dedication is second to none and she thoroughly deserves this promotion. When we asked her previous General Manager Thomas Thornicroft what Rossella's strengths were, he said 'everything!' We are lucky to have her and look forward to seeing her lead her team and continue to inspire them.
