I began my journey with Greene King in September 2013, fast forward a couple of years and the pub where I was based as a Team Player was having a refurbishment and was going to a new brand, this is where I than began my journey in the pub leadership team becoming a Team Leader, then to Assistant Manager moved to a new site and did well in my role. Took on extra roles within the business becoming hospitality trainer, social media expert & then to Designate General Manager . In 2019 I was offered my very first pub, I was over the moon! I snapped it up (This was the best decision I have made) I love my pub, my community and my team! Obviously the last 2 years haven't been plain sailing with the COVID 19 Pandemic however, Greene King really looked after us whether it was a call to check in with us, Zoom quizzes with the teams or just being there for a conversation. I can't wait to see what the next few years holds for us here at Greene King!
