" joined Hastings Court Care Home in March 2017 after working in another care home belonging to a large company for the previous five years. Prior to that I had been working in education. Hastings Court is such a lovely home and I'm so fortunate to have a great team around me. I need to know that my residents have excellent care and are loved. My team and I will work to ensure that their environment is vibrant with plenty to stimulate them on a daily basis. We pride ourselves in always looking at ways to meet our residents’ needs and wishes. We're extremely proud to have been awarded the Dementia Care Team of the Year at the Caring UK Awards, 2018.
