The restaurant uses the best of British ingredients, wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright fresh flavours of Mexico. The restaurant has an exciting wine list which focuses on natural and biodynamic wines from across Central and Eastern Europe, along with an incredible agave list.
