" I am proud to say I work for Rushcliffe Care Group, to be part of the ever-growing family. I feel lucky to work under the best senior management team, who are real leaders driven by passion for healthcare, striving to change healthcare for the better! We are a passionate company, with a passionate staff who truly are the heart of our business, without them we would be nothing. That’s why recruitment is the key to finding the right fit for our business, our vison and values are important, and we look for people to join our Rushcliffe Care family who hold dear to them our values. It’s doesn’t matter if they don’t have experience within care but what really is the most important to us that they really love people and have a nurturing nature, supportive and work with an empathic way. For us it’s about a passion for caring like they would for their own family member. We don’t want people that see it as just a job, but a chosen, dedicated career! In return we invest in those who thrive in the caring environment, wanting to learn, care for our residents, patients. We love watching our team grow and smile with delight when one of our own started as a domestic assistant or healthcare assistant to becoming one of our fully trained Care Home Managers."

I started working within the organisation as an Apprentice Administrator in one our care homes 6 years ago. Rushcliffe Care helped me achieve my Level 2 & 3 in Business and Administration and I was given the opportunity to progress as a Training Co-ordinator. This has given me confidence as it was a route that I never knew I was able to achieve - working within the Training Centre is something I am now so passionate about. I love my job and I am always supported by my Manager and the rest of the Training Team. I am looking forward to my future within Rushcliffe Care.
