My career so far has involved working both in Health Organisations in the UK and abroad, across acute, community, private and charity organisations. My speciality is Cardiology and Quality Assurance. I helped steer my last organisation to CQC Outstanding in 2016. When I began my role here, I immediately loved the warm, friendly atmosphere of the home and the buzz of the activities taking place in the Bistro, and felt I needed to work here.
