When chef Ross Shonhan (ex-Zuma and Nobu) launched Bone Daddies as a small Soho ramen bar in 2012, he established tasty, unpretentious Japanese food as the backbone of his project. But behind this apparent simplicity, Bone Daddies’ atmosphere and menu showcase a great deal of eccentricity and complexity. The Rock ‘n’ Roll atmosphere accompanies Bone Daddie’s ramen bowls perfectly, their signature broths being stirred and perfected for hours and hours every day.

Building on the success of its Soho Ramen bar, Bone Daddies expanded to 9 London locations, some offering Izakaya (Japanese-pub-style cuisine) or Yōshoku (full-on Japanese-Western Fusion); pursuing the brand’s core value of delivering Japanese cuisine with a modern twist.

As well as being committed to incredibly tasty soul-food, Bone Daddies profoundly cares about providing a great working environment for its employees and is committed to charitable causes. Indeed, Bone Daddies is a partner to Starfish, an organisation that cares for vulnerable and orphaned children affected by HIV and poverty in South Africa.
