Emilia’s is a big family and for us it’s important that you are a person who fundamentally cares about others, believes in effective communication, enjoys working in a hands-on style and also has some previous experience working in restaurants.
We believe in our teams having a good work/life balance with a happy life inside and outside of work, though as with any work in hospitality your work will be mostly evenings and weekends or whatever time is busiest at our restaurants (so it’s important that you’re used to this type of a work timetable).
