Farmer J is a career. We are a young, fast-growing and hungry company and are looking for people to grow with us.

In the last 18 months, we’ve developed eight Front Of House and six Back Of House Supervisors, promoted two of our team to General Managers, six more to Kitchen Managers and three of our Head Office staff into higher positions. We also currently have several Farmers training to be part of the management team.

With plans to open more restaurants in 2022 and beyond, we’re passionate about growing our team and helping them take the next steps in their career.

Hospitality teaches us many hard skills, but even more soft skills that are invaluable in our day to day life. From teamwork, to communications styles, leadership delegation, organisation and punctuality. Join the farm and we will teach you more than how to use a knife!
