When at flipout, no two days are the same. Some days we can be quiet whereas other days there are a steady amount of guests. Some of the customers we get includes schools and other big groups. We also have 7 different activities which can be fun to work on and also participate on, these include mini golf, synthetic ice rink, bumper cars and laser quest. This is fun as there’s many different activities which means there’s lots to do and everyone can work on the different activities.

I have worked at Flipout Croydon since July 2021. Working within this environment I have learnt many different skills amongst the team I work with as well as the customers I engage with on a daily basis. Flipout staff are not only a team but a close knit family. We all work together to ensure customers get the best out of their experience. Our attractions entice customers in however the staff make it an unforgettable experience for all. Joining Flipout has boosted my confidence massively, it has enabled me to speak to people freely and develop long lasting friendships. Working at Flipout is extremely rewarding too, seeing how happy the children are fills me with a sense of joy knowing the customer service I put out is being acknowledged not only by the happy children but also the parents/carers too. Engaging with a very wide range of people on a daily basis means working with different personalities, including both customers and staff. This is my favorite part of the job as it encourages me more to put myself out there and provide the best customer experience possible.
