" We make British beef patties in our own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes. Our food tastes homemade, because it largely is. We’ve ontained a LTTC accreditation meaning we can serve our burgers the perfect balance of medium rare, something that most other burger places are unable to do.
