Working at Jefferson's Ice Cream

Jefferson's is an independent family business that opened in Balham March 2019. We are different from many of the chain retailers in that we have a small team and we treat each other like our extended family, we care personally about each others wellbeing and happiness. Anyone working for us shares our values of courtesy, integrity, respect and kindness .

We only use organic dairy milk in our drinks and ice cream and only the freshest and finest of ingredients. We use no artificial flavours or colours and our ice cream is made fresh every day. While ice-cream is the core of our business, we serve a wide menu of complimentary items including waffles, desserts and hot drinks and coffee.

We have recently opened a central kitchen with a second retail unit in Brixton and we are now looking to expand the business further, providing candidates with excellent growth opportunities within our independent business.
