Working for Kew Green Hotels, has allowed me to completely refocus my career, and has reminded me why I love the hospitality industry. I am constantly surrounded by people who make me smile, and want to see me succeed. Not only have I been encouraged to better myself, but I have also been given the tools and support to actually go and do it. I have transformed as a person, and achieved everything I could have ever wanted, and more. As Gandhi said "The best way to find yourself, is to lose yourself in the service of others.

So many of my friends outside the hotel industry are already at a point which they have reached the limit in their field, whilst I’ve worked my way up to a strong position yet it doesn't feel like I’m anywhere near the 'end'. Ultimately my love for Kew Green Hotels will always come back to the people I am surrounded by, both at Hotel level and at head office. I know I have a long list of people who will be there when I need them and I'd like to think that they also know I'd be there for them.
