" I joined Lambwood Heights in March 2019 after an extensive career in nursing management and I'm very proud of the fit-for-purpose care home we have built here in the heart of Chigwell, Essex. I have over 19 years’ experience of working in the health and social care field, both within the voluntary and statutory sector. I'm a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse and have a strong track record of management within the nursing care environment as a versatile and enthusiastic Home Manager. I have extensive experience supporting clients with a range of care needs across both mental health requirements and general nursing needs. I also have hands-on experience in giving personal care, meeting social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs to enable those I care for to maintain and regain self –care skills and independence.
