In autumn 2019 Cycas Hospiitality signed a hotel management agreement to open Marriott International's first 155-room extended-stay property in the north of England. Located less than a ten-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly railway station, the Northern Quarter is well known for its vibrant art and culture scene, as well as its mix of retail, cafes and dining. Hotel guests will benefit from lounge and breakfast space, as well as retail on the ground floor.
