A prestigious new opening bringing together an internationally-renowned chef and world-leading mixologist across two floors of an iconic 300-year old building in Soho.
You will have a chance to work with and learn from some of the worlds' best operators over the bar, kitchen, floor and wine, celebrating risk-taking and creating something unique. The ground floor will offer an elevated menu of innovative dishes based around traditional wood-fire cooking, while the basement will house a ground-breaking cocktail bar concept.
We are a new company led by extremely experienced operators that aims to be the market leader in training and development. All team members will be given a 2 week rigorous training programme, to ensure that they are fully equipped with all the tools we can throw at them and make them the best team possible.
The first two weeks are not the be all and end all however; we will listen to your desires for career progression and do all we can to build you up, whilst helping us create something truly special for London.
