Working at Rossopomodoro

Since first opening our doors in Napoli in 1999, Rossopomodoro has fast become the home of Italy’s favourite pizza. We’re now proud to share the same esteemed pizza with the UK in seven London restaurants and another in Birmingham.

Genuine Neapolitan ingredients cooked in traditional wood-burning ovens by skilled pizzaioli. More authentic pizza simply doesn’t exist!

Our restaurants are staffed predominantly by genuine Neapolitans, so the atmosphere is lively, warm and friendly – a genuine slice of Napoli!

" Rossopomodoro is not a simple Italian restaurant; it is a Neapolitan dining experience. We aim to offer an experience of the people and culture of Naples, of enjoyment in nourishment, welcome, hospitality, sharing, and fun. We bring people the warmth, passion, abundance, and exquisite taste of Naples’s food and drinks culture. We make our food fresh to order and use traditional methods such as a wood-fired oven for our pizzas. Our chefs are expertly trained and among the best at making hand-crafted Neapolitan dishes. Our ingredients are sourced from Naples and Italy; they are always fresh, and of the highest quality. We praise our staff for being always friendly but professional. And we love to call ourselves a family. Most of our employees have been with us for 5+ years showing us that we are, in fact, a family. We work, but we also laugh, help each other, create, and are passionate. And as Napoli teaches us, we love diversity. We combine our respect for this history with our warmth and friendliness, meaning that we welcome and value people of all cultures, genders, religions, sexual orientations, and ability levels."

Others about us

I have worked with Rossopomodoro since 2011. Rosso is my family. I'm not sure I would have survived in this city without the warmth, friendliness, and fun we had this year. I started as a commis waiter and became a manager. The HO never let me down, and there is a general atmosphere of friendliness that makes me feel so comfortable when I'm at work.

I've been in Rosso for five years now. I've always been impressed by the acceptance of the diversity and the inclusion that all the staff members have consistently shown to me. There is a general feeling of being with friends, and I'm never worried about expressing myself.

I've worked for Rossopomodoro for the last three years, and they (we) are great. It's a lot of fun, and some of my best friends are from the restaurant. And the food? My mum stopped worrying about my eating when she came to visit me and saw that we were basically eating as if we were in Italy.
