Founded in 2002, by Rupert Power & Sophie Bathgate, Sophie’s has a straightforward premise: great food, great drinks & great fun!
We source our meat and veg from British suppliers with whom we foster strong and long-lasting relationships. Our beef is dry-aged for one month in house, butchered daily and made to order.
We are famous for our giant 10oz martinis, delicious steaks, and classics, all enjoyed and devoured in a fun and authentic environment.

In the almost 5 years I've been with Sophie's I've progressed to Head Bartender (JSC), Bar Manager (JSC + Sophie's Soho), AGM (JSC + Sophie's Soho) to GM (Sophie's Chelsea/Soho). I've loved working for Sophie's because of the team. It's always been a fun; young and diverse team and I've made a lot of friends for life.
