Job Description:
Looking for a Project Manager who is self-motivated and drive the team to deliver the project as per the agreed timelines and ensuring quality.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Escalates any exceptions and deviation against plans.
- Ensures all documentation is created as per project plan, reviewed and approved
- Schedule and attend review meetings for client service, service improvements, performance and overall quality.
- Provides weekly reports for client to track progress
- Generate performance and management reports on request or as per schedule.
- Monitoring & ensuring all quality processes have been followed by development team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of Project management methodologies
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Should be local national
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
