As a Customer Care Advisor you are on the frontline of the business, providing a first class standard of service to our customers. In many cases, you will be the very first point of contact with our customers, either by telephone, email or social media and as such are pivotal in setting the tone for the outstanding levels of customer service that we deliver. As part of a growing company you will be required to be involved in a wide variety of tasks to support the company during it’s growth.


The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Answering phone calls in line with KPI expectations; delivering the expected greeting and offering outstanding levels of customer service to answer the query of the caller.

  • Accessing company databases to retrieve product or store information to accurately advise customers.

  • Ensuring appointments are booked in line with company procedures; prioritising enquiries to maximise in store sales opportunities

  • Actively striving to work towards and achieves the KPI’s for the role

  • Enthusiastically encouraging other team members to achieve KPI targets
