Beechwood Grove care home offers 60 private en-suite rooms in a luxurious purpose-built care home in Eastbourne, East Sussex. With state-of-the-art features and facilities, we provide the very best levels of care for everyone who stays with us.
Our Health Care Assistants play a valuable role in improving the day to day lives of our wonderful residents by providing excellent care, support and companionship, assisting with daily activities, routines and personal care.
Your impact won’t stop there though, you will be key in supporting family members and visitors by providing a friendly and knowledgeable presence, take part in activities and really enhance quality of life.
What we look for:
Experience of delivering care and / or a care-related qualification will stand you in great stead, but more important is a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and their families.
A willingness to work as part of a team to deliver high quality care along with a drive for continuous improvement is highly desirable however we offer comprehensive induction, learning and development opportunities so we welcome candidates from a variety of different experiences and use a values-based approach to recruit to all our roles.
