Our Health Care Assistants play a valuable role in improving the day to day lives of our wonderful residents by providing excellent care, support and companionship, assisting with daily activities, routines and personal care. Woodland Grove Care Home, in Loughton, Essex offers 72 private en-suite rooms across three floors in a traditional and elegant style. With state-of-the-art features and facilities, we provide the very best care for those who are staying with us at Woodland Grove.
What we look for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of dementia and how it impacts on individuals, and previous experience of delivering care along with a care-related qualification including Medication Administration is essential.
A willingness to work as part of a team to deliver high quality care along with a drive for continuous improvement is highly desirable however we offer comprehensive induction, learning and development opportunities so we welcome candidates from a variety of different experiences and use a values-based approach to recruit to all our roles.
The ability to support colleagues, and a positive can-do attitude.
Motivation to go above and beyond and passion for what you achieve on a day to day basis, in order to provide the best possible service to residents.
