The main responsibilities of the role are:
Guide our customers through the renewals process, ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last
Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution
Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded
