We are looking for a Store Associate who wants a challenge, believes in our mission and wants to grow both the business and themselves personally.
Our stores dispatch orders to customers and we are looking for action-oriented, high-energy employee, who will be a team player in supporting the operation to run like clockwork. Our customers are relying on you to pick and pick faster than you thought was possible to enable our bikers to deliver customers’ orders within 10 minutes.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Pick & Pack – Ensure customers get their order on time by following our tech-enabled processes.
Organisation – Guarantee that the store is clean and tidy at all times.
Stock Replenishment – Organise merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty.
Brand platform – you’ll be responsible for strengthening Dija’s brand across London and the store neighbourhood.
Requirements:
Experience – at least 1 year retail, warehouse, field operations or related.
Fast-paced – worked previously in a fast-paced environment and prioritisation is your #1 skill.
Passion – you’re passionate about the role, keen to learn and try new things.
Proficient in English – both written and communication skills.
